Fees are based upon a percentage of gross sales during the sale and range between 6% and 10% depending on the size of inventory.

Everything we do is intended to give the store owner the highest net return on his or her inventory, store fixtures and equipment. We do this through a very professional approach of:

Information gathering - Sales history, current inventory, historical margins, promotional opportunities, competition, etc.
Planning - Sales profile, advertising budget, pricing strategy, personnel requirements, inventory of fixtures and equipment.
Execution - Signage, creation and placement of advertising, direct mail if indicated, merchandising of store to maximize traffic and sales, personnel management, projections of volume and time period.

In addition to our consulting services we provide signage, and all miscellaneous materials related to the sale. Advertising and direct mail expenses are not included in the fee.
